Multi-Systemic Therapy

 

Program Description:

An evidence based therapeutic in-home service for families with a youth with substance abuse and criminal behaviour. Services are provided for 3-5 months. Referrals are accepted by DCF and the community.

Program Eligibility:

The Child and Family Guidance Center is offering an MST program for youth, ages 12 to 17.6, who are at risk for out of home placement and who reside in the greater Bridgeport area. Referrals may be initiated by DCF, the Juvenile Justice System or community agencies.

Accessing Services:

The services may be accessed during regular working hours during regular hours ( Monday through Friday ) from 9 a.m to 5 p.m by calling 203 394 6529 Ext. 3101

Client Fees:

The Program accepts Medicaid.
