Program Description:

Visitation Center : This fee for service program provides supervised visitation between children and their non-custodial parent.

Program Eligibility:

The Visitation Center is designed for parents who have a history of conflict and are experiencing difficulty agreeing on visitations.

Accessing Services:

The Services may be accessed during regular working hours ( Monday through Friday ) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling 203 394 6529 ext. 3041

Client Fees:

Following is a complete list of services and its corresponding fee. Insurance is not accepted.

Intake Processing Fee (non refundable)	$ 50.00
Supervised Visitation Parental visits monitored via one-way mirror	$ 50.00/hour Each additional child $10
Therapeutic Supervised Visitation Parental visits monitored via one-way mirror by Master's level clinician	$ 125.00/hour Each additional child $15
Monitored Exchange Pre-arranged monitored exchange of the children between parents	$ 25.00/hour Each additional child $5
Off-site Visitation Supervised visitation at an agreed upon site outside of the Center	$ 125/hour Plus $ .45 per mile
Video Taping Audio and video taping of supervised visitation (includes 2 tapes)	$ 50 $5 for each additional tape
Observational Report Summary report of what transpired during a visitation (1 copy)	$ 30/hour
Clinical Report Clinical assessment of parent-child interaction during a visitation	$500.00
Transportation to & from the Visitation Center The center will pick up and return a child for a visitation	$ 25/hour plus $.45 per mile Each additional child $5
Court Testimony Cost associated with request or subpoena to appear in court	$250.00/hour
Spanish Language Requirement Spanish language may be required for some visitations	Additional $25/hour to the visitation fee
Special Security Requirements Need for security staff to intervene for the safety of the child	$45.00/hour
After hour and Weekens/Holidays	Additional $25.00/hour to the visitation fee
