The Child Guidance Center of Greater Bridgeport was founded in 1925 to provide the emotional and psychological welfare of children and their families living in the Greater Bridgeport area. To this end the Center offers a wide range of outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling services for children under the age of 18 as well as a variety of in-home supportive services to their families. The Center operates three outpatient clinics located in Bridgeport, Stratford , and Fairfield , and services are available in both English and Spanish.
