Functional Family
Therapy ( FFT )
Program Description:
An evidence-based therapeutic
in-home program that provides services to adolescents and their families who have
been referred by the Bureau of Juvenile, Justice-Parole, Department of Children
and Families. The referred adolescents will be returning to their families "on parole"
from long term, out of home placements. Services are provided for 3-4 months.
Program Eligibility:
Eligibility Requirements are as follows;
Only DCF-initiated referrals
Ages 11 - 17
Male and Female
Reside in the catchments served by the DCF Bridgeport and Norwalk/Stamford Area
Offices
On juvenile parole status
Requiring intensive community-based services.
Accessing Services:
The services may be accessed during regulare working
hours ( Monday through Friday) from 9 a.m to 5 p.m by calling 203 394 6529 Ext.

Client Fees:
There is no fee for this service for those eligible.
