Family Based Recovery Program

 

Program Description

The Family Based Recovery Program (FBR) is an intensive home based program providing individual, family and group therapy to parents 18 years and older who are experiencing current problems with substance abuse / parent attachment issues and have a child two years old or younger living in the home. Clients are seen 3 times, however, services are available 24-7. Treatment duration is 12-18 months. Referrals can be made through the Department of Children and Families.

Program Eligibility:

The program is available to any parent(s) with a child or adolescent up to the age 18 (or 21 if still in school) who require coordination of services due to complex emotional and behavioral needs in the Greater Bridgeport Area (Bridgeport, Easton , Fairfield , Monroe, and Trumbull)

Accessing Services:

The services may be accessed Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm by calling Beth Samenfink , MS – 203 378 1654

Client Fees:

There is no fee to the family for participating in FBR. This is a free service to those who meet the criteria.
